I don't know if that's extraordinary cleanup. I can't count the number of times that I've opened the door and the odor of an alcohol beverage has knocked me down. I clean the car up myself every time, and my general rule is: if i have to pull out the steam vac, the customer will pay for the use of it. here's an excerpt from my contracts that customers sign:
All passengers and signors of this agreement shall be held responsible for any damage done to the vehicle as a result of intentional, reckless or negligent conduct of any passenger. You will be held liable for damage or extraordinary clean up expenses caused or incurred with respect to the interior of the passenger compartment (Including, but not limited to: damaging spills, Vomiting, urination, damage to electronics, etc.)at actual repair or cleaning costs.
Here's the bottom line; its a limo, its got a bar cause people want to drink in it: people are going to have small spills, your in a moving vehicle. Its going to smell, there's just no way out of that. Accidents happen, and that may cost them.
Get you some 3M leather and vinyl cleaner - its 13.00 a bottle, it has a lemon scent, it is hands down 100 percent the best cleaner there is, and it kills that alcohol smell.
Looks like a normal cleanup to me....get you a cheap cleanup boy and get it clean. Your in the limo industry, nice pretty $75,000 limos are only that once. Get used to it.
I wish I had more time to put the details into cleanup. I need my staff to do it. They normally do a good job but it's been a struggle.
My latest adventure in cleanup is major puke on the floor. I had a group that used all 5 sick bags I had and then puked on the floor when they ran out. We didn't get it cleaned correctly the first time so it fermented. OMG. That was nasty. We have all of the carpets out and going to the cleaners on Monday. We thought we could clean it up ourselves. Guess not.
